Flexible Coffee Bar To Wine Bar Commercial Catering Design, WEM Tower

We were invited to design and install a coffee/bar counter, small back-of-house prep area and micro market within the WEM Tower, London. A residential-led building containing 439 new apartments, works were completed in Jan 2022. 

The bar is situated within the resident’s lounge area on the Ground Floor of the tower, alongside a gym and co-working areas. 

Inspired by the architect’s design, to fit in with the rest of the space, CEBA’s expertise in commercial catering design resulted in a design that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and flexible from coffee shop to wine bar.

We managed the project and work from start to finish, more information about the products used is below:

• Pendant Lights: Industville – Sleek Edison (Brass) With vintage LED bulbs

• Worktop: Silestone Soapstone

• Laminate: Formica – Ocean Grey

• Counters Installation: Storers

• Stainless Steel: CED Fabrications

• Refrigeration: Williams

• Coffee: Matthew Algie
