Jeremy Byford

Chairman

Jeremy founded the company in 1987. After careers in aviation, car sales, and time spent in Texas, he entered the industry for just a year before identifying the potential to create a company of his own. Since then, his work has taken him into an extraordinary range of buildings, and he’s loved watching the company grow over the years.

Chris Harris

Managing Director

Chris joined the team in April 2016. After leaving school at 16, he trained as a chef and spent a decade progressing through professional kitchens before transitioning into a design and sales role with Ceba. He enjoys the opportunity to meet diverse clients and work across a wide range of environments.

Jemima Byford

Office Manager

Joining the team in September 2021, Jemima brings a degree in Event Management and a strong background in customer service. Her favourite part of the job is organising company socials, she loves bringing people together and creating memorable experiences that strengthen our team spirit.

Geoff Edwards

Business Development

Geoff joined Ceba in January 2021. Growing up in the catering industry, he trained with a Chef’s Diploma and has over 40 years’ experience across the UK and Europe with both independent and contract caterers. He enjoys working with fellow caterers to create kitchens and restaurants everyone can be proud of.

Neil Bird

Business Development

Neil joined the team in February 2023. With 38 years’ experience in hospitality, progressing from chef to operations director, he has worked across high-street restaurants, corporate catering and major commercial operations in the UK and Ireland. Neil enjoys meeting new clients, developing ideas and the variety that each day brings.

Louise Ward

Business Development

Louise started with us in September 2024 and brings a wealth of experience from a career that began in 1998. Starting in customer services and moving into business development in 2012, she loves being part of a collaborative team, creating amazing catering spaces, and meeting new people.

Paul Haynes

CAD Designer

Paul joined the Ceba team in October 2017. A Spatial Design graduate with over 25 years of commercial food-service interior design experience, he has developed broad industry expertise and is driven by solving complex design challenges through innovation and close collaboration with his experienced team.

Limmara Sellen

Senior Architectural Interior Designer

Limmara joined the team in December 2018 and holds a First-Class Honours degree in Interior Architecture & Design. She enjoys the concept development stage, where ideas begin to take shape through mood boards, material exploration and early visualisations. Finding clear, creative ways to communicate a design vision is what she finds most rewarding.

Logan Chiwanda

Architectural Interior Designer

Logan joined in October 2022. With a background in hospitality, including front and back of house roles during university, he gained valuable insight into restaurant operations from a chef’s perspective. He enjoys applying this experience as a designer and the variety each project brings.

Antonia Potter

Designer & Social Media Strategist

Joining the team in January 2023, Antonia brings qualifications in media, photography, and fitted furniture design, along with experience in visual merchandising and kitchen design. She values the variety of her role, the collaborative team environment, and the opportunity for creative freedom across our socials.

Kevin Bouault

Senior Project Manager

Kevin joined the team in June 2016, bringing a diverse background that includes roles as a teacher and lecturer, England Rugby Development Officer, windsurfing instructor, and project manager since 1996. He particularly values the satisfaction of signing off each successful installation.

Sanjai Rohatgi

Project Manager

Sanjai joined in February 2020. He began his career straight out of college in 1989 with Gardener Merchant’s Consultancy Design Department and has gained experience across all aspects of the design process. Sanjai likes meeting the diverse personalities involved in each project, diving into the details at the start, and seeing the team’s work come to life on site.

Yasmin Westwood

Project Manager

Yasmin joined Ceba in July 2018. Following early experience across retail, hospitality, telesales and other sectors, she began her career at Ceba as an Office Administrator before progressing to Project Manager. She enjoys being on site, seeing projects evolve from bare spaces to finished environments, and experiencing the unique locations her work takes her.

Andrew Fitzwater

Project Manager

Joining the team in April 2025, Andy has over 40 years’ experience in commercial catering design. He has worked on projects across hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, educational institutions and major contract catering sites in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. He loves turning a blank sheet of paper into a space everyone can enjoy.

Paul Allaway

Health & Safety

Paul has been part of the Ceba family since 2019. A Chartered Safety Professional, he provides competent Health & Safety guidance and serves as Principal Designer across our projects. As Managing Director of PA Safety Services, he is an accredited NEBOSH, IOSH, and CITB instructor, and offers expert advice on the Building Safety Act 2022 and CDM 2015 duties.

Elizabeth Mellor

ESG Consultant

Joining us in 2025, Elizabeth is our ESG specialist, collaborating with us through Mellor Impact. With over three years’ experience and a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management with Sustainability, she helps organisations elevate ESG performance, develop net-zero strategies, lead environmental initiatives, and achieve certifications including ISO standards and EcoVadis.
