Government Site
The Goal
To work alongside the architects to design, supply and install three key areas: the main servery, a coffee lounge and a full back of house kitchen, and ensure they operated seamlessly together as one cohesive, efficient site.
The Brief
Our role was to deliver a brand new servery and back of house kitchen capable of supporting varying customer numbers during peak service times. The client requested a mature, minimalistic scheme and an efficient layout with clear zones for prep, dishwashing, storage, cooking, pastry and cold storage. As the coffee counter was designed externally, we needed to ensure a smooth and seamless supply and installation process from start to finish.

The Outcome
A highly functional and aesthetically pleasing servery was delivered, designed to accommodate large footfall during peak periods, supported by an efficiently organised back of house with all the necessary zones. With three separate areas on site, careful attention was given to timing and phasing to ensure the project was completed as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
We worked closely on a subtle, cohesive and practical palette. Calm tones and varied textures make the servery feel organised yet relaxing—a perfect space to switch off during lunch—while contemporary design elements create a sleek and modern environment. The coffee lounge, designed by the architect and located at the entrance to the servery, was carefully considered to ensure the palette complemented this area, resulting in a visually appealing and highly efficient space for all users.
