Engineers and Installers
Our fully trained engineers and installers, install and commission equipment to stringent timelines, designed to fit in with your schedule. They are all assessed to ensure they conform to current working regulations, and to Health and Safety requirements on site.
Our engineers and installers will carry out a full hand-over of the project and prove all the installed equipment to the client and operatives, ensuring that all specialist product training is arranged accordingly.
After Sales
At Ceba, our service does not end once we’ve provided the final invoice – we take our after sales responsibility very seriously.
As part of our transfer process, we give you the warranty information on all the catering equipment we install, including manufacturer details, serial numbers and warranties expiration dates.
We have our own warranty management system in place and follow up all our warranty calls on a daily basis, right up until the final product warranty expires. We’ll only close off warranty calls when we know you are satisfied that the problem has been resolved.
