To reduce staff labour, increase flexibility of food offers, create a welcoming and functional space for students.

To design, supply, and install a fresh and functional servery incorporating hot food, deli, and coffee zones, along with a complete back-of-house fit-out. This included dishwashing facilities, dry stores, cook and prep areas, as well as a dedicated hospitality space.

To design and install a fully operational café within a multi-tenanted complex, including a back of house kitchen and dedicated dishwash area.
