To design, supply, and install a fresh and functional servery incorporating hot food, deli, and coffee zones, along with a complete back-of-house fit-out. This included dishwashing facilities, dry stores, cook and prep areas, as well as a dedicated hospitality space.
To expand the existing servery by installing a new counter, enabling a more diverse menu offering, reducing queueing times, and attracting increased custom to the building.
To modernise the existing servery improving efficiency, flow, and the overall student dining experience introducing flexible service options and reducing queueing.
To design and install a newly constructed catering facility in collaboration with Scott Brownrigg Architects. Including hot food counters, a feature coffee bar, grab and go points, complete back of house, and a diverse mix of furniture to support all day use.
